Joseph B. Tackett, FNP-C

Joseph B. Tackett, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in urgent care and primary care. He serves patients at MS Express Health in Madison, Mississippi.

Joseph completed his Bachelor of Science in nursing at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2011 and after graduation, he began working as a nurse on the medical/surgical floor at River Region Hospital in Vicksburg, MS. After 2 years as a med/surg nurse, he started a 7 year career as a home health nurse and earned his Master of Science in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2019. Since completing school in 2019, he has worked as a nurse practitioner in urgent care, while also treating primary care patients.

Joseph is a native of Jackson, MS and has resided in Gluckstadt, MS since 2014 with his wife and daughter. He attends Pinelake Church Madison Campus and enjoys everything to do with the outdoors.
